Read Matthew 27:54-28:10
We read in Peter’s story, that Jesus had told the men that all of them would be scattered. Apparently this was not true of the women :-).
- Imagining yourself in these scene with these women, what do you find remarkable about them?
- What do they learn about who Jesus is during these couple days?
It seems cool that in a world where men were esteemed so highly and women not as often, that the angel announces the resurrection to these women.
