Read Romans 8:28-39 aloud several times. Spend some time thanking the Lord for all He has done on your behalf. On a separate piece of paper, write out the whole verse that you want to stick with you throughout the day today.

Read Romans 8:1-27 Consider and reflect on the following: In what areas of life do you feel condemned? Bring those areas to the Holy Spirit and ask Him to help you deeply understand “no condemnation.” On a separate piece of paper, write out the whole verse that you want to stick with you throughout the day today.

Read Romans 6:15-23 Consider and reflect on the following: Spend some time this morning asking the Holy Spirit to show you areas in your life where you are a slave to sin. Pray to see this changed, confess to a friend, and ask for help and accountability.
