OUR KIDS AND YOUTH
Riverside Kids
While your kids are always welcome to worship with you, we currently offer 3 age-appropriate options during our service for our kids to participate in worship. Each week, everyone worships together in the main worship gathering for the first part of the service, with kids Pre-K - 5th grade going to their age-appropriate option for the second part of the service.
The first Sunday of every month is KIDS WITH US Sunday. On this week, kids in grades 3rd-5th stay with us for the whole service. Everyone worships together for the first part of the service, with kids 2nd grade and under going to their age-appropriate option for the second part of the service.

Student Ministry
Junior High (6th - 8th grade)
Senior High (9th - 12th grade)
We believe that the Christian formation of students occurs mainly through life-on-life relationships. Research shows, and we agree, that incorporating students into the life of the broader church is critical for their long-term engagement with God and the church.
At Riverside, Jr. and Sr. High students are encouraged to actively participate in the rhythms and ministries of the church. Every week they attend Sunday gatherings with the adults and are encouraged to serve in the church.
Youth Group Gatherings: We create space for students to study scripture and build community by meeting on
Sunday mornings at 9:30am before the worship gathering. Throughout the week, students and leaders occasionally meet to talk about life. Look out for student opportunities to get together for exciting group events as well.
